GSC International 1501-9 Osmosis Apparatus

A double thistle tube with a porous membrane is held upright with the membrane covered end in a jar of water. When a sugar solution is added to the top of the tube, the liquid will rise in the tube. This apparatus clearly displays the concept of osmosis.

Includes:

  • 1 Battery jar
  • 1 Thistle tube with membrane
  • 1 Stable support for the thistle tube
